Katie is amazing! She not only helped us find the perfect house, but went above and beyond to make sure the closing went smoothly. A few days before we were set to close on the house we recieved a call that my employer had not been able to confirm my source of income. This, as I am sure you can imagine, is a highly stressful thing to experience before your closing. Well, it did not phase Katie in the least. She contacted the head office of my employer and when she didn't get an immediate answer, she drove there to make sure it was handled. Katie is a charismatic, spunky, funny, and driven person and I would trust her with so much more than just finding the perfect house. If you want to have a stress free and fun experience during your house hunting, Katie is absolutely the realtor for you! And, if that is not enough for you, Katie also went above and beyond for us and agreed to take photos of us at our new house and, as it turns out, also photographed our engagement!
